OUR REQUIREMENTS
We’re looking for talented Web Designers who are passionate about web designing and development and use their innovative skills in the required arenas .
- Being organized is essential. It’s important you manage your time effectively to get the best results and meet the deadlines.
- Your design should be user friendly as well as attractive of those who see them which includes visualizing and graphics elements including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos.
- We value positively a self-critical attitude. Following the guidelines and suggestions of the art directors is crucial to improve every day.
- All generated content must be original and exclusive.
- Fluency in English is required so you can communicate with us.
WHAT DO WE OFFER
Work wherever you want. Through our online platform, you will be able to manage your tasks from any computer.
- Enhance your portfolio. You can use your previous works and templates to build a great portfolio, as long as you attribute to Qwerdax.
- You’ll work alongside your supervisor, who will give you advice and suggestions to improve your creative skills daily.
- You are free to work upon your idea. Its price will depend on the characteristics of each session, to be agreed upon with your supervisor.
- You won’t have to edit anything, just send us the links.
SELECTION PROCEDURE
For the test, you need to send us your best designs where you demonstrate your talent. It’s your chance to shine, so give it your best shots!
You’ll be provided with a link to a portal for the test via email.
You have to send your designs into the given portal. Then, we will go through your works if they are selected, you’ll be informed. Bear in mind these file requirements apply only to the test
We will not accept previously-builded templates by other designers, so make sure of that.
After you are given with the task, you’ll have up to 7 days to submit it.
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
Before you start working on your test, please keep in mid that:
- Qwerdax is a creative & digital agency, and your designs will be used for creating for businesses , so the designs you send have to be user friendly and visually appealing.
- Your design must be user friendly and mobile friendly as well.
- You cannot use resources from Freepik, from an external site, nor from your own portfolio for the test. We need your designs to be 100% exclusive.
- Qwerdax is a creative & digital agency, and your designs will be used for creating for businesses , so the designs you send have to be user friendly and visually appealing.

- You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the test details. and a link to upload your work.
- Once there, submit the test after finishing it. We’ll give you feedback when we review it.
